LAMMET & GRISEN’S SPECIALTY AND PRIDE IS …


Everything here is about generosity and a love for truly great meat — served exactly as you like it, carvedright in front of you. Choose from beef tenderloin, lamb sirloin, and pork tenderloin, as well as rustic cuts like crispy porkbelly, whole-roasted lamb, and our own beef sausage.
When you enjoy meat, it should be the right meat — carefully selectedfor flavor and quality, primarily from Swedish farms.

You’ll find over twenty delicious vegetable dishes, gratins, and sauces on the side tables.

For the little taste buds, there’s also a separate table with food suited for children.
